We’re proud to be one of the pioneers of paper wrapping in the UK We can produce over 880,000 paper wrapped mail pieces per day with the flexibility to operate 24/7. We can paper wrap a diverse variety of printed matter through automation.

We have invested in x5 CMC high-speed paper wrapping machines enabling us to paper wrap at a speed of up to 12,000 packs per hour. We use paper reels for both printed and plain paper; we can inkjet personalise inline over a width of 200mm and can also load pre-personalised reels. A key advantage of all our wrapping lines is their ability to produce packs with full bleed to all 4 edges. A high-speed conveyor and mailsort kicker enable high speed production. We can paper wrap using stock of up to 150gsm and we can produce mail packs up to 15mm thick.

We can paper wrap a diverse variety of printed materials through automation. We can produce packs with inserts such as seeds and samples. We can also selectively enclose and optimise your data to work harder.

Central Mailing Services can use up to 150gsm paper, so can wrap heavier packs, enclosing up to 10 inserts.

Our systems allow us to personalise every pack, ensuring that some items are selectively enclosed only for some individuals. That personalisation is not just limited to names and addresses. We can add in offer codes and variable deals, collection points, destinations, unique number plates, with the print with of 200mm inline, there is a huge range of extra value personalisation options.

Paper wrapping with CMS also can bring out the creativity for designers. We can work with you via our dynamic template tools to provide MailMark compliant guidance that also can result in some brilliant designs and sizes

You the client are not restricted to certain Envelope sizes with Paper wrapping; a custom size is just as easy as a regular C4 or C5 pack. On our JWR line we can go one step further and insert a window into the pack. This can either be a stock size for a straightforward window or something more custom, such as a cut out to display a variable image or offer.

Paper wrapping is the greenest solution for enclosing on the market. We use a vegetable-based glue and water-based ink for personalisation. We try to use recycled paper for all plain enclosing too. Since we make up the outer inline, it provides scope 2 and 3 savings too, as no need for additional off-site finishing by third parties or boxing up of empty envelopes. Transport is also carbon optimised as you gain far more from reels on pallets than you do with boxes stacked upon pallets.

Finally reporting, all paper wrapped packs. No mater the job run size are scanned at multiple times although the process, including when being stacked by the end of line robot ready for trays or bundles

This data is then fed into our reporting software for our clients, giving full assurance of your campaign’s progress.
