By presenting mail in a specific sortation sequence attractive postage sortation discounts are available. The sortation take place at data processing stage and discounts are available for all mail formats: letters, large letters and packets, examples of mailings include: postcards, brochures, catalogues, flyers, welcome packs, membership mailings, product samples and much more. Bulk postage discounts can be obtained for both Advertising and Business Mail and apply for uniform mailings of 1,000 items and more.
There are also volume & profile discounts available for International Mail.
Central Mailing Services will always obtain the best postage price for your mailing campaign. We have developed a bespoke postage analysis matrix which analyses the data, format, item weight, delivery speed, quantity and content to determine the best price. Every mailing we process is analysed for postage rates. We have a number of software applications to sort data for maximum postage discounts including Cygnus, GeMMA, Docket Hub, Swift Sort & Whistl Sort. The carriers we work with are all CMS approved and we continually review performance. We are able to utilise specialist services such as Mailmark, Greenpost & Zonal sortation.
For International Mail we have developed a bespoke routing matrix called SELECTA. SELECTA works in a very similar way to our UK postage Matrix with the added function of dividing a single mailing amongst a number of CMS approved carriers. For both UK and International mailings we pro-actively contact our carriers for ‘profile’ prices; which are one-off costs for particularly high volume / heavy mailings.
As a well-established mailing house, we produce and dispatch huge volumes of mail on a daily basis, this gives us excellent buying power and allows our clients to benefit from wholesale discounts on postage. We output over 70 million mail items per year.

We operate out of a brand new 50,000 sq. ft supersite, we can produce work 24/7 and our maximum run is virtually limitless. In addition to functioning as a full print and mail production centre we are able to assist with all elements of postage.
