Central Mailing Services offer high speed automated envelope enclosing for mailings of any size, we have a limitless job capacity! We also extend our personalisation & enclosing services to the Trade; processing millions of items for other Mailing Houses and Printer’s. For items which are not suitable for automated enclosing we have an in-house team of experienced hand fulfilment operatives working from a dedicated department within our Production Centre.
We continually invest in the latest technology enabling us to achieve very high-speed envelope enclosing with extremely high levels of accuracy through automation & technology at very competitive prices. We have x5 high speed envelope enclosing machines each one fitted with camera technology for verification & matching personalised documents or selective insertion. Each machine is also equipped with multiple feeders for producing multi insert mail packs. We also have versatile feeders to enclose a vast variety of inserts such as product samples and even plastic cards. We offer automated enclosing for a variety of envelope sizes and we have the ability to enclose 90,000 envelopes per hour!
Our primary envelope enclosing machines are highly specified CMC 250’s. These machines are each capable of producing 20,000 filled envelopes per hour, with in-line folding & envelope address printing / personalisation and full selectively.
We have x2 Buhrs BB300 envelope enclosing machines, capable of enclosing to DL, C5, C4 envelopes and any size in between. Each one of our Buhrs BB300 machines come equipped with rotary, shuttle and friction feeders and 4-way camera matching. Capable of speeds of up to 8,000 per machine per hour.
We also have a high-speed Kern 3500 for larger mailings which require selective insertion e.g financial statements. Our Kern 3500 is our fastest envelope enclosing machine with a top running speed of 20,000 items per hour. This machine is fitted with a sheet feeder which folds inline, nests multiple documents & verifies personalised documents with the capability of up to 20 documents per mail pack & an additional x6 friction feeders.
Print Finishing
We have a variety of high speed print finishing equipment detailed on our downloadable Plant List. We have a multitude of guillotines, folding machines which can perforate, bolt cut, cross fold and crease. We also have a Booklet-maker for fully personalised booklets including variable image personalisation.
Hand Enclosing
For mailings which cannot be produced by automation we have a dedicated team of 50 hand fulfilment specialists with dedicated Supervisors and Managers to ensure we maintain our high standards of accuracy and quality. Our dedicated team process all quantities of hand fulfilment and all types of work.
