Central Mailing Services began in 1992 offering high-quality hand fulfilment services, fast forward to present day and it is still a core service we provide to our clients. We have built up nearly 30 years’ experience in hand fulfilment, hand packing and enclosing, there is nothing we have not fulfilled by hand! Having the latest technology is great but certain items/campaigns require hand collation/packing, we will never forget our roots & will always be at ‘hand’ to help! We have a dedicated Hand Fulfilment Division with up to x30 operatives conducting hand fulfilment on a daily basis from our secure supersite. Our hand fulfilment only takes place on-site, we never outsource or outwork any personalisation or enclosing.

Our Hand Fulfilment Division is modular designed for maximum operating efficiency and can be changed and adapted depending on the job requirements. Our hand fulfilment work is captured on CCTV and Supervised. As a business, we continually invest in the latest technology however certain Fulfilment requires hand collation and packing; a service which seems to be phased out by a lot of companies but it’s certainly growing for us! We have carried out multi-million item campaigns for the likes of Merlin Entertainment, Adidas, Coca-Cola, National Grid, NHS, BMW, NFL, Longines and even Amazon have turned to us for support!

European Elections

Central Mailing Services were approached to assist with a Nationwide Election campaign for one of the major political parties prior to the European Elections. The entire campaign was launched at very short notice due to Brexit and as a result the work needed to be turned around extremely quickly to avoid missing the Election deadline.

Pick and Pack work, Marketing Agency

A Birmingham based Digital design and Creative Agency were seeking a supplier to work with them to distribute a variety of recipe cards, posters and leaflets to a number of different market sectors. The brief required a set number of each different print version to be picked and packed to then be mailed out to individual addresses. There were over 130 variations of printed matter, with a number of different themes. The printed materials had to be carefully collated and packed by hand and then sent out within a challenging timeframe.

They have over 25 million subscribers and are a household name, thanks in part to their many sponsorship deals, one of which being the England Rugby team. Biscuiteers are a luxury biscuit boutique offering hand-made iced biscuit gifts and chocolates that they sell both online and from a range of stores.
